A little more about me
My background is in trauma therapy. I work with people from all walks of life with different intersecting identities who want to work on their mental health. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, sexual assault, anxiety, and depression. I work with adults and children, and work with couples and families as well. I aid people in utilizing coping skills while treating addiction, eating disorders, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, OCD and more.
Cost
Base rates are $120 per hour of talk therapy. I am an out-of-network provider who can provide superbills to clients for reimbursement through insurance.
I believe counseling should be affordable and accessible. I work on a sliding scale fee based on your income to help bring counseling to those who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
